Kratom shipping time is set by three things you control and two you do not: when you order, which vendor you chose, and where you live — against warehouse location, carrier schedules and customs. Here is exactly how our shipping works, what realistic delivery windows look like, and how to read a vendor’s shipping promises before paying.
Our dispatch and delivery windows
- Same-business-day dispatch on orders placed before our 2:00 PM ET cut-off — the single biggest factor in fast delivery.
- Continental USA: typically 2–5 business days from dispatch, tracked from our US warehouse.
- Canada: cross-border transit plus customs — add several business days to US windows. See buying kratom online in Canada.
- Free US shipping on qualifying orders over $75; full thresholds and timescales are in our shipping policy.
What moves your delivery date
- Cut-off timing. Order at 1:50 PM ET and you gain a full day over ordering at 2:10 PM.
- Weekends and holidays. “Business days” excludes them — a Friday-afternoon order effectively ships Monday.
- Carrier network and distance. Warehouse-to-door geography, weather and volume surges.
- Customs (Canada). Parcels are occasionally opened and inspected; honest documentation and discreet labeling minimize delays — see discreet packaging.
- Address accuracy and age verification. Verification holds are the most common self-inflicted delay — see age verification explained.
How to read any vendor’s shipping promises
- A stated dispatch cut-off time — “same day shipping” without a time is marketing, not operations.
- A stated warehouse origin — distance predicts transit.
- Plain tracking — you should get a number that works on the carrier’s own site.
- Restricted-jurisdiction honesty — a vendor who ships to banned states is a vendor shipping illegally; see kratom laws by state.

If your order is late
- Check tracking first — carriers resolve most “late” parcels within one scan cycle.
- Confirm the address on your confirmation email.
- Contact support with your order number — our contact page answers shipping queries daily.
