This Store Policy sets out the rules that govern purchases from Pure Ohms Shop. It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Health Disclaimer.

1. Age restriction — 21 and over only

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase any product from Pure Ohms Shop. By placing an order you confirm, under penalty of perjury, that you are 21 or older, that the payment method used is your own or authorised by you, and that you are not purchasing on behalf of a minor.

We may request age verification at any time, including photographic ID, and we may cancel and refund any order where verification is not provided or is not satisfactory.

2. Product use restriction

All kratom products sold on this website are sold as botanical specimens, for research, collection and aromatherapy purposes only. They are not for human or animal consumption. They are not dietary supplements and are not medicines.

By purchasing you agree not to consume the product, not to sell or supply it to anyone who intends to consume it, and not to resell it in any jurisdiction where such sale is prohibited.

3. Legality is the buyer’s responsibility

Kratom regulation varies significantly between countries, states, counties and cities, and it changes frequently. It is your responsibility to confirm that the purchase, possession and use of kratom products is lawful in your jurisdiction before you order. We screen orders against a restricted-destination list as a courtesy, but that list is not exhaustive and does not transfer legal responsibility away from the buyer.

4. No health claims

We make no claim that any product sold on this website can diagnose, treat, cure, prevent or relieve any disease, condition or symptom. Any information published on this site — including blog articles, guides and FAQ answers — is general educational information and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your own circumstances.

5. Accuracy of product information

We publish milligram strengths, alkaloid content and tablet or capsule counts based on the batch documentation supplied by our manufacturer and validated by independent laboratory testing. Alkaloid content in any botanical material varies naturally between batches. Certificates of Analysis are published for every batch at Lab Tests & COAs.

Product photography is representative. Packaging and labels may be updated without notice; where a label changes we retain the batch number so that the correct Certificate of Analysis can always be identified.

6. Pricing, taxes and promotions

• All prices are listed in US dollars.
• Prices may change without notice; the price shown at the moment your order is accepted is the price that applies.
• Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address where we are required to collect it.
• Discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated and cannot be applied retrospectively to an order already placed.
• Where a pricing error is obvious and material, we may cancel an affected order and refund it in full.

7. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is captured at the time of order. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; card processing is handled by our payment processor.

8. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we dispatch the goods and send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where the delivery address is in a restricted jurisdiction, where age verification fails, or where a pricing or stock error has occurred. Cancelled orders are refunded in full.

9. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. We may suspend or close any account used for fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, resale into restricted jurisdictions, or any attempt to circumvent our age or destination restrictions.

10. Wholesale and resale

Resale of Pure Ohms Shop products requires a separate wholesale agreement. See our wholesale page to apply. Wholesale customers are contractually responsible for complying with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions they supply.

11. Intellectual property

All site content, product descriptions, photography, guides and blog articles are the property of Pure Ohms Shop and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Store Policy at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
